Lucia Cockcroft teaches yoga and mindfulness meditation at Yoga At The Mill, the central Chelmsford studio she co-runs with her partner, Darren. She first discovered yoga in London 16 years ago, whilst looking for a non-competitive way to improve physical health and general wellbeing.

Since then, Lucia has trained in different forms of yoga - as well as mindfulness - with world-renowned teachers. She has a particular interest in yoga and meditation for stress, anxiety and chronic fatigue and is passionate about the ability of both disciplines to transform and empower, regardless of age or background.

Her small-group weekly classes at Yoga At The Mill include beginners', intermediate and restorative (super-gentle) yoga and introduction courses in mindfulness meditation. 

Lucia also co-runs, and is the lead teacher for, Satvada Retreats - a wellbeing travel company offering nurturing yoga and meditation holidays for anyone seeking to restore body and soul in peaceful, hand-picked settings around the world.
