Private yoga or meditation classes can be a fantastic introduction to these powerful practises, and can be held at my house in Central Chelmsford, or at your house.
They can be taught on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, or can be specially arranged if you have an existing group of friends who'd like to start their own group.

I specialise in teaching gentle, simple yoga and meditation techniques to those suffering from the following conditions (either one, more or all may apply): stress, anxiety, mild-to-moderate depression, Chronic Fatigue Symdrome (ME) and related problems such as Fibromyalgia and insomnia. I also work with those recovering from cancer.
I have a trained specifically with Fiona Agombar, the UK's leading yoga teacher specialising in teaching yoga for Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Ilness, and have a thorough understanding of the physical and psychological challenges facing those with these conditions.
All private, 1:1 students receive a personalised home practice guide, intended to be followed regularly (daily, if possible) at home. The practice is for just 15-minutes, but is designed to help you towards a calmer, more focused mind, improved energy levels, better balance, improved sleep, and a stronger, more flexible body.
