Private yoga & mindfulness meditation sessions

As well as small group classes, I teach yoga and meditation on a private basis (shared between one or two people) for those who would rather enjoy more support.

My main areas of specialism are yoga and/or meditation for: ME and Chronic Fatigue, anxiety, and stress.

Private classes can be:
  1. just yoga - emphasis on the physical practice, for overall wellbeing

  2. yoga and meditation - a blend of yoga and mindfulness meditation, for both body and mind

  3. just meditation - emphasis on mental and physical relaxation

  4. a mixture of yoga/meditation and counselling (through a BACP-registered counsellor).

Private classes are structured in six or ten-week blocks, with full payment settled in advance. It is also possible to book a one-off private session.
