Private yoga & mindfulness meditation sessions
- just yoga - emphasis on the physical practice, for overall wellbeing
- yoga and meditation - a blend of yoga and mindfulness meditation, for both body and mind
- just meditation - emphasis on mental and physical relaxation
- a mixture of yoga/meditation and counselling (through a BACP-registered counsellor).
Private classes are structured in six or ten-week blocks, with full payment settled in advance. It is also possible to book a one-off private session.
