Why take yoga or meditation classes with me?

Taking classes with me is a very different experience from going to class at most other yoga studios and gyms, where you'll find between 14 and 40 students packed into one room, and where students tend to come and go.

I work with small groups (max 8 for yoga, 10 for meditation) of committed students, who come to class regularly, once or twice a week. This gives students the manifold benefits of a regular practice, and me the pleasure, and security, or working with a familiar group of committed students.

Like anything that's good for you, the more you practice, the more benefits you'll gain, and a once-weekly practice is the bare minimum to feel a difference. If you are looking for a class that allows you to drop in and out, it's best to search elsewhere!

I have completed teacher trainings with the Sivananda school of yoga; with highly regarded US teacher Sarah Powers, and with world-leading Restorative Yoga teacher, Judith Lasater. I am a fully qualified Relax and Renew Trainer®, certified by Judith.
